Positive: - Breakfast - Location - Helpful personnel - Price (when compared to other similar size hotels in the same location) - Room size (we stayed at Deluxe room) Negative: - No parking area, but they provide a valet service - Kettle had a smell of cleaning powder, so we asked it to be changed - Rooms are cleaned until 4pm. So when we came to the room around 3pm, it had not been cleaned yet - There is no iron and ironing board in the hotel. There is a paid external ironing service only during the day time. - Due to central heating, you cannot adjust the tempreture in the room, and it was cold at night. They offered a heater. - Small lift.

Lovely hotel, nice big rooms with nice bed and seating area, very clean. On reception everyone was so welcoming and helpful Really recommend this nice hotel

Very rare for me to give 5 stars for something here. Well English speaking staff. Think his name is Mr Majeed - not sure. He is a nice one. Nice room prepared from A to Z. Good size as well. They have nice view breakfast. You can ask for extra bed as well. Paid 280TL for a night(Late Feb20). Food and coffee shops are just near to it 5min walking. 5-7 minutes walking from bus stop station (bus 38 coming from Bursa terminal) I have paid for one more night before checkout time and then we decided to leave before 12pm. We got full refund. Photos from breakfast floor balcony. 5 stars room cleanness 5 stars staff 5 stars location 5 stars breakfast and hospitality Recommended for all.

It deserves 5 stars. Kind staffs, nice place, clean room, good quality bed, perfect location. If you have problem with noise you can ask for room at the back side of the hotel. It has really quite and cozy rooms. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff..the room is comfortable and the cleanliness is great..I spent 11 days here. I was very satisfied..for breakfast it is good but it needs more types because it only serves Turkish breakfast.

It is an excellent choise to spend nice time at 4 stars hotel for affordable price and a very kindful and helpful staff, I reserved one night with my wife and two kids for 300 turkish liras(around 40 $) including free breakfast in the hotel's terrace with a view to the city from side and the famous great mountain "Oludag" fro the other. Nice experience and I would reserve again if I can and recomment it strongly.
